Advantages:

В квартире чисто, просторно, тихо относительно

Disadvantages:

В квартире не работал вай фай, пришлось напомнить об этом арендодателю, сразу подключили. Грязная микроволновая печь. Посуда тоже не самая чистая. На кровати жесткий неудобный матрас из железной сетки и пружин. Старый телевизор без смарт тв. Жить можно, но за такую цену есть много вариантов с лучшими условиями проживания.
