Удобное расположение. Оперативное решение возникающих вопросов

Disadvantages:

Отсутствует межкомнатная дверь в спальне. Нет возможности выйти на балкон (захламлен). На кухне не помешают шторы, либо жалюзи (ночью при включенном свете чувствуешь себя как в аквариуме 🙂)
