Сдаю дом для семейных людей с детьми или взрослым 30+, ремонт делали для себя с душой и вкусом, все новое и современное, в доме есть всё необходимое для комфортного пребывания 10 человек, вся техника и развлечения для детей, такие как батут, приставка Хбох, умная колонка Алиса, настольные игры, футбольное поле во дворе. На территории посажен газон, имеется большая и просторная Терраса. В доме есть баня, бассейн 3*4 м глубиной 2 м, в отопительное время бассейн теплый, в летнее время холодный, но после бани самое то. Есть колонка блютуз и мощный музыкальный центр. На улице есть мангал с местом для казана. Уличный туалет, дорожки бетонные чистые. Соседей нет, тишина и покой, не далеко от города, всего 10 мин езды до ТК Кит.
