Номер «Джуниор сюит» (Junior Suite, не официально – «Полулюкс») — однокомнатный номер в Бизнес-отеле «ЯР» общей площадью 28 кв. м. с полным санузлом (умывальник, унитаз, душ), как правило, рассчитанный на комфортное проживание одного-двух человек. В номерах «Джуниор сюит» установлены либо одна большая двуспальная кровать, либо две односпальные. Каждый номер с лоджией и с видом на набережную р. Урал.

В проживание входит посещение тренажерного зала, на спа-зону действует скидка 10% (по предварительной записи). Завтрак по системе «шведский стол» с 07:30 до 11:00. Смена постельного белья один раз в два дня, ежедневная уборка. Гладильная доска и утюг в номере. Бутилированная вода в номере, чай, кофе. Зубные и бритвенные наборы по запросу.
